Pre-Adoption Questionnaire
Great! You have done your piggy research and are interested in adoption (purchase) of one of our Super Micro Mini Juliana pigs or Super Micro Mini Pigs you see on our site. Please submit your information in this questionnaire in order to be considered as a new parent of these beautiful miniature pigs. You should then receive a confirmation that your form was submitted and someone from Squeals On Wheels will get back to you as soon as possible.
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase a pig from Squeals on Wheels
PIG PAGES:
Please be sure to check your local laws and ordinances (a few areas have laws that consider pigs livestock and not pets).
Pigs need sun and exercise to remain in good health, so a fenced yard is preferable. If a fenced area is not possible, daily walks will be much appreciated by your tiny piggy.

We do NOT ship our Piggies.
Plan to pick up your baby piglet from our location in Maryland, zipcode 20854 OR for a fee we may be able to meet you part way.
COST OF PIGLETS:
Please don't ask for a lower price.
Our prices are fair and the quality of our pet piglets is high.
Please ensure you have found a Vet with whom you have spoken with and he/she has agreed to be willing to provide care for such a small breed of miniature pig.
By filling out this form and submitting it, you are indicating to Squeals On Wheels that you have done substantial research into owning a miniature pig as a house pet. We strive to provide great forever homes for our micro mini pigs, which is why we take the time to screen all potential micro mini pig owners.
Squeals on Wheels Farm, which is also our home, is a wonderful environment. Our animals are all fed the best quality feed and no animal here is ever underfed. Our animals are socialized, though it is important to note that if you want a very social, well-behaved, and happy pet pig, this socialization is a daily commitment for the life of your pet pig. Daily exercise and healthy food/snack choices are also important, as your choices regarding exercise and food will ultimately affect the health and longevity of your pet pig.
After submitting your application, we will review each one in detail. It is up to you, the potential customer, to ensure the zoning in your town/city will allow you to keep a mini pig as a pet.
Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Once the application has been reviewed and if you have been deemed as an appropriate pet pig owner, you will have the opportunity to submit a non-refundable deposit which is 25% of the total purchase price. Please see the Sales tab for additional details. The selection order of piglets is based on the order of deposit money received. We no longer accept personal checks or credit cards due to several scams! We ONLY accept money orders from the United States Post Office or cash.
